1. What is a business industry code?
Business industry code is a sequence of numbers encoded to represent a specific business industry. – Manufacture of prime mover-generator sets (except turbine generators) is classified under group 2710 (Manufacture of electric motors, generators, transformers, and electricity distribution and control apparatus);
– Manufacture of parts for internal combustion engines of vehicles is classified under group 29100 (Manufacture of motor vehicles and other motor vehicles);
– Manufacture of electrical equipment and components for internal combustion engines is classified under group 29300 (Manufacture of parts and accessories for motor vehicles and other motor vehicles);
– Manufacture of pistons, piston rings, carburetors, and similar equipment for internal combustion engines, diesel engines for motor vehicles is classified under group 29300 (Manufacture of parts and accessories for motor vehicles and other motor vehicles);
