1. How Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC amends the forms of Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC on enterprise registration and business household registration

On August 21, 2026, the Ministry of Finance issued Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC amending and supplementing a number of articles of Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC promulgating forms used in enterprise registration and business household registration.

Accordingly, Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC amends, supplements, and abolishes a number of forms in Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC for enterprise registration and business household registration as follows:

Replacing 09 forms as follows:

Replacing Form No. 1 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 1 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 2 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 2 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 3 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 3 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 4 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 4 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 5 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 5 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 10 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 10 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 12 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 12 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 27 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 27 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC;
Replacing Form No. 30 of Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC with Form No. 30 of the Appendix issued together with Circular 121/2026/TT-BTC.

Abolishing Form No. 11 in Appendix I issued together with Circular 68/2025/TT-BTC.
